Research Use Notice

By requesting access, holding an account, or submitting a purchase order, you acknowledge, represent, and agree that:

• The materials are not for human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or administration of any kind.
• The materials are not for animal or veterinary consumption or administration.
• The materials are not intended for medical, clinical, diagnostic, cosmetic, or therapeutic use.
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are acquiring the materials solely for in-vitro laboratory research.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional, or are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, or research entity, with the training, equipment, and facilities to handle synthetic research compounds safely.
• You will not resell, redistribute, transfer, or otherwise make the materials available to any person for any non-research purpose.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws, regulations, and rules governing the purchase, possession, handling, use, transfer, and disposal of the materials.
• You have read and accept this notice, and our Terms and Privacy Policy.

The materials are laboratory research chemicals. They are not:

• drugs or pharmaceutical products;
• dietary supplements;
• food, food additives, or beverages;
• cosmetics;
• medical devices;
• veterinary medicines;
• consumer goods of any kind.

Labs180 is a research-use-only chemical supplier. We are not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, medical provider, healthcare provider, or licensed prescriber.

No material on this site has been evaluated, approved, or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for use in or on humans or animals. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a prescription, a treatment recommendation, a diagnostic claim, a health claim, or an offer of any medical or healthcare service. The materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

These compounds may be hazardous and should be handled only by qualified professionals in a properly equipped laboratory. By acquiring any material you assume sole responsibility for reviewing the applicable Safety Data Sheet before handling; using appropriate personal protective equipment and recognized laboratory practice; proper storage, containment, transport within your facility, and disposal in compliance with applicable regulations; and the training and supervision of anyone under your direction who handles the materials. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage arising from possession, handling, storage, use, or disposal of the materials.

Labs180 does not provide, and will not provide, usage instructions, dosing, protocols, recommendations, or advice regarding administration of any material to humans or animals, and will not respond to requests for such information. Any communication suggesting an intent to use, distribute, or resell materials for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, performance enhancement, cosmetic use, or any other prohibited purpose may, at our sole discretion, result in cancellation of pending and future orders, permanent closure of the account, and reporting to the appropriate authorities where we determine that is warranted or required.

It is your sole responsibility to confirm that the purchase, possession, and use of the materials is lawful in your jurisdiction and permitted at your institution. We may decline, cancel, or limit any request or order at our discretion.
